We were getting water in our basement after heavy snow melt and very heavy rain. Nick and his team came in and found a clogged footing drain. They did a great job rerouting the pipe to move the water away from the clogged pipe and keep the footings clear. They were here within a couple days and finished the job in half a day. Nicks Septic and Excavation performed several jobs for us. Nick and his team successfully dug test holes for a new system. Nick then created a detailed plan for the system and installed in a timely and professional manner. During the project he was transparent and took care of extras when asked. We had a problem w/ our septic and leaching fields. Nick answered my recommendation and came out to our home to look and give us his best idea for our issue. After several inquires , we decided to go w/ his approach to address the issue we were having. He came to our house and installed a unit , fixed the issue and replaced all the dirt and made the area neat and tidy. Several weeks later we had some questions and concerns after a heavy rain and he stopped over immediately to address the situation. Nick and his coworker (with a cute and gentle dog, Buddy) showed up on time, dug a new hole, called the reputable Shelton Septic to pump out the old tank. Why my old tank was cracked? For the past 20 years, the septic company we used only pumped out wastewater, not the solid waste or sludge that overwhelmed the inlet and outlet pipes and cracked them; never bother to use water host to flash out the bottom of the tank. The owner with many years of experiences from Shelton Septic came to do the job with another worker. The new septic tank was professionally installed with skills and qualities.
