I had a broken septic pipe outside. Had a friend stop over and try snaking it as he is a plumber. His company offered a repair for 6500$. I said no way, Ill fix it myself before I spend that. Nick came suggested from a friend of a friend. Called Nick around 7AM, not expecting a pickup, he picked up. Told him my situation and he said I'll be there this afternoon. Extremely professional of him. Sure enough 1 PM I'm greeted by one of his guys. I show him what's going on he mentions nick will be here shortly. His employee gets right to work. By 2 we are all repaired. When an owner shows up even for a simple repair in their mind resonates so much for the business. I wouldn't use anyone else or will continually suggest Nick. Nick then created a detailed plan for the system and installed in a timely and professional manner. During the project he was transparent and took care of extras when asked. We were getting water in our basement after heavy snow melt and very heavy rain. Nick and his team came in and found a clogged footing drain. They did a great job rerouting the pipe to move the water away from the clogged pipe and keep the footings clear. They were here within a couple days and finished the job in half a day. I highly recommend Nick and his team.
