We were getting water in our basement after heavy snow melt and very heavy rain. Nick and his team came in and found a clogged footing drain. They did a great job rerouting the pipe to move the water away from the clogged pipe and keep the footings clear. They were here within a couple days and finished the job in half a day. I highly recommend Nick and his team.

Nick and his coworker (with a cute and gentle dog, Buddy) showed up on time, dug a new hole, called the reputable Shelton Septic to pump out the old tank. Why my old tank was cracked? For the past 20 years, the septic company we used only pumped out wastewater, not the solid waste or sludge that overwhelmed the inlet and outlet pipes and cracked them; never bother to use water host to flash out the bottom of the tank. The owner with many years of experiences from Shelton Septic came to do the job with another worker. The new septic tank was professionally installed with skills and qualities.
